Return Policy

*Note: You can register return for your order within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

How do I return?

Are there any charges for return?

  • Yes, all returns and exchanges are charged at 100/-

What items are not returnable?

  • There is no return on items marked as SALE. In case you still wish to return the Sale product, please note that the shipping charges of Rs 100/- will need to be borne by the customer for sending the sale product back to us.(not applicable for black friday sale)
  • Face masks, keychains, free gifts & promotional items are not returnable.
  • International Orders are not eligible for any return.

How many times I can register for Return/Exchange?

  • Returns/Exchange can only avail once, only. 

Why will my return rejected?

  • Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.
  • If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • It will take up-to 3 to 5 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
  • For Pre-paid orders, the refund will be credited to the original source of payment.

Self-Shipping of orders for returns:

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • To prevent any loss or damage while in transit, ensure that the items are packed securely and that the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are included on the packaging. 
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Once we receive your return at WH, we will process your refund along with the self-shipping charge, which is upto Rs. 100.

PLEASE NOTE: -

We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable. Ensure that your courier costs don't exceed the amount specified above. We recommend using ‘DTDC’ or 'Speed Post' as your courier service. Speed Post is owned by the Government of India and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
