Return & Refund Policy

 

We at Haber strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the received product for any reason, you can mail us at info@haberliving.com for confirming the acceptance and courier the products back to us, return address will be shared via e-mail. Once received the items will be quality checked for the newness. 

Conditions:

  • Product should not be in damaged condition.
  • Product should not be in used condition.
  • Product should be in actual packaging.
  • Return request to be raised within 10 days of delivery.
  • Customer has to mail the product to us at their cost. 
  • If the return is due to manufacturing defect complete return and refund is borne by the company.
  • The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order.
  • The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days.
  • The refund time may vary from bank to bank.
  • Product value below Rs. 500 is not eligible for return.
  • Only product charge will be refunded in case of refund approved. Shipping and cash on delivery charges will not be refunded.
